Placid deep, rapt in thoughts -
divine blue he looked,
as lily sat, folded hands
demurely in his lap.
August it was, now April -
blue turned blue, faint ‘n pale.
Then youthful insouciance,
now – widespread reedy lake.
So long it took me to learn
simple so, law of harmony,
Turned into a duckweed -
wished to be Water lily.
As season will turn, with
drizzle, lily will return.
By then, I wish to learn -
to be at peace with the world.

Well !
glad to see u back after a long time of hibernation … nice poem once again ! good words and rightly said; infact what u write here is exactly what i learnt in my IIT years. The importance of space in any relationship cannot be underestimated; “Distance makes the heart grow fonder”. Its a fine line though; to mater the laws u preach is tough ; and very easy to get carried away in relationships
. Its nice to see u blogging again and nicer to see that u still retain the charm of a good writer
